ABOUT CHANCE
Double C Realty Group came about after Chance Love realized he could combine his passion for the outdoors and knowledge of the real estate industry to help people find their perfect piece of land. Buying a ranch is a big investment and any Realtor can find a listing and show it. What sets Chance apart from others is his extensive knowledge of the outdoors.
Chance grew up hunting and fishing with his dad and grandpa as soon as he could walk. He attended Sam Houston State University and was a member of their collegiate pistol shooting team. He graduated in 1997 with a degree in Criminal Justice. He went on to pursue a Masters Degree in Wildlife Management at Angelo State University while waiting to enroll in a game warden academy. It was during this time that he went to work at a taxidermy shop in Brady, Texas while also working as a hunting guide at ranches around the state of Texas. In 2001, he moved to the Austin area and started his own taxidermy business. His continued work as a hunting guide helped Love Taxidermy grow, and strengthened his network of hunters and ranch owners across the United States. Over time, some of these contacts began asking Chance to ride along to look at ranches and evaluate whether or not they would be a good investment. It didn't take long for him to realize this was his true passion and Double C Realty Group was born.
